is a clinical psychologist who practiced three decades in Sacramento. After retiring in 2001, he studied ecumenical spirituality at Wisdom University founded by Matthew Fox, receiving a Doctor of Ministry degree in 2006. He served on the board of the Spiritual Life Institute at Christ the King Retreat Center for seven years, teaching courses on mystic’s way and the spirituality of aging and poetry. He is the author of three books on the psychology-spirituality interface and his fourth book, Finding Heaven Here, is scheduled for publication in early 2009. Dr. Robinson was ordained as an interfaith minister in March of this year. He currently lives and writes on an island in the Puget Sound of Washington.
