This book title of Sister Margaret Mary Funk, OSB will be our guide as we experience some tools (spiritual practices) like centering prayer, the welcoming prayer practice, the forgiveness practice, Attention-Intention. Daily conferences will present conceptual background that will support these spiritual practices. These transformative practices help to keep us rooted in the present moment. We will center communally at the beginning of each conference, celebrate Eucharist, and allow time each day for soul friending (spiritual direction.) Come be with us for these days of prayer and silence.
