Life Transitions: Finding God in the Center of the Unknown

Life is full of changes. Sometimes those changes are welcome, and sometimes they are not. Give yourself the sacred time and space to honor your life transition and discover new life within it.

Whether experiencing a sudden or planned change or noticing a quiet stirring, together we will:

  • Reflect on the three phases of a life transition. Let your life transition become a life transformation.

  • Discover God in the unknown. Try new experiences of prayer that can support you in new ways.

  • Honor your experience: Give yourself permission to be good to yourself during this time.

  • Cultivate joy. Define and notice joy in a new way and welcome it into your daily life.
