From Exhausted to Enlivened: A Restorative Retreat for Nurses

A restorative retreat for nurses who are running on empty.

Step away from the demands of clinical care to rediscover the vital art of replenishment. In this wholistic retreat for nurses, we will explore the 7 types of rest, using practices including restorative yoga, nature walks, and sensory grounding. You’ll learn how to move beyond sleep to deep, sustainable well-being.

Includes 3 CE contact hours for nurses.

Please wear comfortable, layered clothing suitable for both restorative movement and a guided nature walk. A nutritious lunch and all workshop materials are provided. We invite you to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and an open heart.

Space is limited to maintain a contemplative environment.
