Paul of Tarsus & Julian of Norwich

This retreat will explore the mysticism and teaching of two great visionaries and evangelists of the Christian tradition. Paul, in the first century A.D., creates a radical gospel based on his experience of the Risen Christ. Julian, in late medieval Europe, has a 16 visions/showings/revelations of the dying and risen Christ, Jesus of Nazareth.

The retreat begins on Friday, September 4th. You can choose between a 2-night retreat, concluding on Sunday, September 6th, or a 4-night retreat, concluding on Tuesday, September 8th.

About the Facilitator:

Deacon Red Cheever retired from being an active Deacon in the Diocese of Sacramento in order to live a more contemplative life. He is still involved spiritual direction and retreat work. He holds a Master Degree from Graduate Theological Union & the Franciscan School of Theology.
