From Codependency to Interdependency: A Loving Look at our Lives and Relationships

A Loving Look at Our Lives and Relationships

Many of us learned early in life not to think too much, feel too much, need too much, or trust too much. What may have once helped us survive can later shape the way we relate to ourselves, to God, and to the people closest to us.

This one-day retreat explores the possibility of moving from codependency toward healthier, more life-giving interdependency.

Together, we will take a compassionate look at the patterns that can keep relationships feeling limited, guarded, or incomplete—and consider new ways of relating with greater honesty, trust, freedom, and wholeness.
