In this one-day retreat for nurses, we will explore the six dimensions of wellbeing and build a personal resilience plan--with a particular focus on the challenges and opportunities we face as we navigate midlife.
Step back from the demands of caregiving, tend to your own body, mind, and spirit. You’ll leave grounded in a new understanding of the architecture of wholeness.
What to Expect
Our day together will interweave clinical content with reflective practice. Working from the Architecture of Wholeness framework, we'll explore how the six dimensions of wellbeing interact and support thriving and resilience.
Topics include:
Balancing the essential elements of wholistic wellbeing
Preserving muscle and bone health
Managing stress and emotional eating
Addressing the root causes of midlife weight gain
Fostering a new sense of joy and resilience
Woven throughout are opportunities for quiet reflection and restorative rest. The day closes with a synthesis session where you'll build a concrete, personalized resilience plan to take home.
