The Sacred Ordinary: The Spiritual Legacy of Vincent Van Gogh

  • Mercy Center Auburn 535 Sacramento Street Auburn, CA, 95603 United States (map)

Millions of people have stood in awe viewing the beauty depicted in the art of Vincent Van Gogh. His art has captured our imagination. While his art is well known and loved, less is known of the spiritual vision behind his paintings. Born of disappointment, faith and a love for the ordinary, Van Gogh offers the viewer profound insights into the sacred ordinary. In this special day with Van Gogh, participants are invited to embrace the sacred ordinary through the work of this beloved painter as they join together in reflection and Visio Divina.
